Bold Construction took on an 1800 sqft whole house renovation in Belleville, Mi. The customer came to us after numerous years of owning the house and countless failed attempts to complete it on their own. The home was in extremely rough conditions. The subfloor and nearly every joist on the main floor had to be removed and replaced due to rot. Many people told the owner they would be better off tearing it down and starting over.
